PSLE score ranges (cut-off points)
| Track | 2025 intake | |
|---|---|---|
| Affiliated | Non-affiliated | |
| Posting Group 3 | 13 – 22 | 11 – 14 |
| Posting Group 2 | 23 – 25 | 21 – 24 |
| Posting Group 1 | 26 – 28 | 25 – 27 |
Each range runs from the first to the last student posted through S1 Posting for that intake year (the year students entered Secondary 1; PSLE was taken the year before). Lower is better. Ranges move a few points year to year with cohort results and choice patterns, and students who met the cut-off may still have been tie-broken out.
